When you enquire with ARISE HOME, we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, budget and requirement you share with us. If you continue as a client, we may collect PAN, Aadhaar (for KYC), address proof and financial documents strictly required for booking and registration.
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, recommend suitable properties, arrange site visits, structure financing and complete legal documentation. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers with restricted access to senior consultants only. Financial and KYC documents are retained only for the period mandated by RBI, RERA and IT authorities.
We use minimal, first-party cookies to remember search preferences. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers.
